Born: 9 Apr 1863 in Greenwich, London, second child and first daughter of Alexander Currie and Jessie Johnston. Probably named after her grandmother (Alexander's mother) - Rosanna (named Rosina on the christening record). Middle name would be after her mother and her mother's mother, both called Jessie. Life: In 1892, age 29, married and living in Grantham with husband Harry Poole Berry, a doctor. 1896, age 32, had only daughter Winifred. Harry died of 'sleeping sickness' in the great 'flu epidemic after the 1914-1918 war. Died: ?1932 |
